Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons prepared purple sea moss gel
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango or pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut water or non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • Ice, if desired

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Add a little more liquid if the smoothie is too thick.
  4. Pour into two glasses and serve right away.

  • 1 bottle (18 ounces) Blue Magic herbal tea
  • 1 cup ice
  • 4 thin lemon slices
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup plain sparkling water, optional

Directions

  1. Divide the ice between two glasses.
  2. Add two lemon slices and two mint leaves to each glass.
  3. Pour the Blue Magic tea evenly over the ice.
  4. Top with sparkling water, if desired, and stir gently.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped seasonal vegetables
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Gold Green garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Gold Green coriander powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed Scotch bonnet pepper, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 425°F and line a baking pan.
  2. Toss the vegetables with oil, seasonings, and salt.
  3. Spread everything in one layer on the pan.
  4. Roast for 22–28 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  5. Finish with lime juice and serve warm.

Scotch bonnet pepper is very hot. Start with a small amount, keep it away from your eyes, and wash your hands after use.

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch callaloo or mustard greens
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cup water or vegetable broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 whole Scotch bonnet pepper, optional

Directions

  1. Wash the greens well, remove tough stems, and chop.
  2. Warm the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Cook the onion and scallions for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add tomato and thyme; cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the greens, water, salt, pepper, and whole Scotch bonnet.
  6. Cover and cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove the whole pepper and thyme stems before serving.

Leave the Scotch bonnet whole for gentle flavor. Do not cut it unless you want the dish much hotter.
